Returns/Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
We offer an exchange for domestic orders, only in case you receive a defective or incorrect product. In that case, kindly inform us with some evidence images via email on info@bharatyarn.com within 24 - 48 hours of the delivery. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused and must be returned in original condition with all its tags and packaging intact.
Since we do not have a reverse shipping service available, the product must be couriered back in its original packaging. Once we receive the defective/incorrect product, we will examine the same and process your request, in case of a valid exchange.
We reserve the right to decide the exchange validation i.e. if the product is valid to be accepted for an exchange or not. Non-valid exchange will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted from future purchases. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of courier will not be eligible for exchange.
Refund
We do not provide any refunds on products, once sold and delivered. In case, the exchange product is not available in our inventory, we will inform you about the same and shall issue a refund.
