Shipping policy

Kindly note that all our sarees are handcrafted so delivery time may vary depending on each order.

Domestic Orders:
We provide free shipping within India, with no minimum order limit. Depending on the delivery location, domestic delivery takes 7-8 business days.

International Orders:

Standard shipping charge per order will be as per weight and volume of product and the country where the courier is being dispatched.

Any custom charges such as VAT / Import Duties / Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, if applicable in the destination countries on products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the order and shipping price that you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can directly clear these with the delivery partners, on receiving the package.

Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days after it's dispatch. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Customers are requested to provide a complete, valid and accurate address along-with pin code for shipping, as we would not be liable if any incorrect/incomplete address is provided. No refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery, which is caused due to any reason beyond our control.
